Forbes Japan article: My best 3 Champagne 2019

2019年の年末、Forbes Japanの編集の方から、「今年のベストシャンパーニュ3本」で記事を書いてくださいと依頼を受けました。価格や市場入手の有無などは考慮に入れなくてもよく、素直にベストと思う3本を選んでほしいということでした。2019年も、たくさんの美味しいシャンパーニュに出合ったのでとても悩みましたが、次の「心に残った」3本を選びました。もちろん味わいも素晴らしかったですが、一緒に味わった方との思い出深いワインです。

At the end of 2019, the Forbes Japan asked me to pick my 3 best Champagne in 2019 for their year-end special featured series of “What’s your best XX” and I was happy to be part of it. The article started with my comments: “I’ve tasted many great wines for private and work. It was very hard to pick! One of the things that I like about wine is that wine is to share and it stays in your heart with the memories of those whom you shared with.” . The title is “3 best and unforgettable Champagne selected by Champagne expert and official columnist” — I selected three bottles that are attached to some of my memorable experiences of 2019.
